‘Black Panther’, a Marvel production, which exudes Black Excellence since its official premiere which was held on January 29 at Hollywood’s Dolby Theatre with an African-themed fashion did not end there.
The movie’s screening in theatres across the globe saw various forms of costumes with viewers going from light bold to very bold African inspired outfits. Ghanaians have still held on to the outfit’s theme even after weeks of the official premiere at the cinema’s and it is phenomenal.
The Black Panther movie itself incorporated African fashion which has triggered fans who are turning out in droves to see it. Ghanaians watch Black Panther dressed head-to-toe in traditional African garb and it’s amazing.
Patrons are seen in Dashiki, Kente, African beads, wax prints and many more. African styles were prominently adorned on fans who wished to keep with the theme of the film and accentuate an image of pride and respect for African heritage.
