The UK edition of the highly publicised Ghana Meets Naija concert came off at the 02 Arena on Saturday, August 26.

The maiden edition organized by Bola Ray’s Empire Entertainment saw over 5,000 patrons turn up and a host of artistes and DJs taking over the stage.

Even though Burna Boy, who was supposed to lead the Nigerian pack failed to show up, Ghana’s Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale saved the show with exhilarating performances.

The concert couldn’t have been better without the two – according to reports by witnesses and patrons.

The two Dancehall rivals took the stage with their usual energetic performances but what caught the public eye was when they decided to go an extra mile with romantic showpiece.

Shatta Wale was spotted rocking Afro-pop singer Sista Afia on stage. The two have a hit track titled “Jeje” together and they occasionally perform on stage. They usually do soft romance on stage, but this time, they went the Dancehall way. Shatta Wale was spotted rocking Sista Afia’s heavy ‘booty’ and even went to the extent of lying on her on the floor.

Stonebwoy, on the other hand, stormed the stage with a voluptuous dancer and got the crowd wowed. Throughout his performance, he kept rocking the dancer from behind on stage.

The show also saw a performance from Kwamz & Flava, and saw Reggie ‘N’ Bollie and Eugy Official passing through.
