Retract false claims or I sue: Hosi tells Agyapong

In a letter to Mr Agyapong, Hosi's lawyers demanded that he retract and apologise within 24 hours, saying his claims are "outright falsehood."

Kennedy Agyapong had claim that the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Bulk Oil Distribution Companies (BDCs) sought to bribe the Managing Director of the Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company Limited (BOST), with $1million so that a consignment of off-spec fuel sold to Movenpiina Company Limited by BOST would have been abrogated and rather sold to him (Mr Hosi).

It said the retraction and apology must be given the same publicity and prominence as the defamatory claims without.

The letter also reiterated Mr Hosi's position that Mr Agyapong's claims are "false," adding that he has never offered to buy the off-spec fuel.
