Shocking! Richard Anane loses Nhyiaeso seat

Incumbent Member of Parliament for the Nhyiaeso constituency in the Ashanti region, Dr. Richard Anane has lost in the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) Parliamentary Primaries.

Dr. Anane had 110 votes as against 247 by Kennedy Kankam. Other contestants, Kwaku Appiah Minka and Stephen Amoah had 80 and 164 votes respectively.

Kennedy Kankam who has won, until recently, was the party’s Regional Organizer.
