Ghanaian striker Ben Acheampong was the hero of the day when Zamalek edged Al Ittihad 2-0 on Wednesday in the Egypt Premier League.
The former Asante Kotoko striker scored with just a minute into the game, before he doubled the lead in the 57 minute to put the game beyond the reach of the Al Ittihad.

Ben Acheampong was replaced by Congolese forward Kabongo Kasongo in the 67 minutes of the match.
Acheampong has scored four goals in his three appearances for Zamalek SC to help the side to 4th place with 22 points after 13 games.
