West Ham United man Andre Dede Ayew does not feel threatened by the competition from new arrivals, insisting âit is goodâ to always play with the best players.
The Hammers have been on a spending spree, and have already made a couple of purchases, including adding the likes of Javier âChicaritoâ Hernandez and Marko Arnautovic to their ranks.

The acquisitions made by the club means there will be strong competition for places in the starting XI when the season starts, with the likes of Sofiane Feghouli, Manuel Lazini, Bojan Krkic and Ayew himself all fighting for positions.
However, the Ghanaian believes it bodes well for the club if they can parade some the best players, adding that the ultimate aim is to take West Ham âto another levelâ.
âItâs good and Iâm happy to see these good players coming in,â Ayew told the clubâs official website.

âItâs good to have players to play alongside who have played for great clubs at the highest level as they know the expectations. Players who have played in the Champions League are what I like.
âWhen you play with players you know have played to that level, especially when you too have played there against them years before, itâs good for you as a player, itâs good for the club and good for the fans, especially.â
