It was unveiled on Wednesday on the Accra Aca campus by ex-President Jerry John Rawlings on behalf of the President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
Didier Drogba took to his Instagram page to shower praises on Asamoah Gyan for developing the astro-turf.
Asamoah Gyan and Didier Drogba have come face to face on numerous times, while playing for Ghana and Ivory Coast respectively.
