The Ghana Football Association announced on Monday that goalkeeper Adam Larsen Kwarasey and midfielders Godsway Donyor and Mohammed Abu have been excused from the squad for various reasons.

Kwarasey, 29, is out based on a family emergency in Norway, while Nordsjælland's Godsway Donyor, 22, is recovering from a recent injury sustained from playing with the Danish club.

On the other hand, Mohammed Abu, 25, who plays for Columbus Crewe in the American MLS, will join the team for the Mexico and USA friendlies on June 29 and July 1 respectively, the FA said.
