Major (RTD) Yaw Ampeme Larson has passed away at the 37 Military Hospital

Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko chairman Major (RTD) Yaw Ampeme Larson is reprted dead hat the 37 Military Hospital, after battling with short illness.

He passed away at age 77

Major (RTD) Yaw Ampeme Larson was the chairman of the Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA) in the early 1990's and he was an executive member of the aassociatkion until his death.

He was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Kumasi Asante Kotoko in 2004 during the second spell of PV Obeng led board and helped the team to win the Ghana Premier League in 2005.

The family is yet to announce the burial and funeral arrangements
