Stonebwoy wins "Reggae/Dancehall Artiste of the Year" for the third time

Stonebwoy has received his third "Reggae/Dancehall Artiste of the Year" award in a row. He won due to his splendid work in 2016.

Aside producing two hits; "People Dey" and "Problem", Stonebwoy managed to go on Europe tours, performed in Coke Studio Africa, and almost became the second Ghanaian musician to go for Grammys with his acclaimed album "Livingstone".

His received his first ever "Reggae/Dancehall Artiste of the Year" award in 2015, and second in 2016.

During his acceptance speech, Stonebwoy said: "Big respect to Ras Kuuku Prince, Kaakie and Samini. This is for all of us."

He also picked up the award for the "Reggae/Dancehall song of the Year" for his work "People Dey" produced by Beatz Dakay.

His first win was in 2015 and second in 2016.
