The Finance Minister, Mr Seth Terkper revealed this at the media launch of the Ghana National Single Window Strategic Action Plan in Accra.

“This launch is an ambitious effort to use ICT payments platforms, which is why MMDAs no longer use paper trails for government releases,” he said.

According to the Finance Ministry, more workers are being paid through the Accountant General Department’s e-payslip system  for public sector workers, and is looking to extend the service across the entire public service.
