The 25-year-old celebrity stylist took to Twitter Wednesday, July 25, to make the emotional announcement.

According to him, his management team recommended that he keeps his HIV status secret but he decided to announce it to be able to be free.

He further stated that he did the announcement to create the HIV/AIDS awareness and to get a support and love for him and anyone living with the deadly disease.

Fucci, who is also a gay, has styled top American and Hollywood stars including Rihanna, Jhene Aiko, Bella Hadid, and many others.
