Bashir Hayford has relinquished his position as the head coach of Ashanti Gold fc, following a poor start to the season.

Ashanti Gold are having another poor start to the Ghana Premier League, having won just twice in eight league game and are pinned in the relegation zone.

The management of the club gave him three matches to get the team back to winning ways by claiming seven of the nine points at stake.
However, Bashir Hayford ahead of his side's league clash with Bolga All Stars over the weekend has parted ways with  Ashanti Gold on Friday after four years in charge of the club.
