One killed in robbery operation at Kasoa

A robbery operation at Kasoa in the Central region has reportedly killed one person and injured two others.

According to Accra-based Adom FM, the suspected robbers wielding AK47 rifles stormed a house near Great Lamptey Mills School Wednesday morning for the operation.

The robbers entered the rooms of the victims, stole their items and ended up shooting those who resisted.

The Kasoa District Police Commander, Superintendent Stephen Ahiafafu who confirmed the incident said the two are in critical condition at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital.
