The Disciplinary Committee after sitting on the matter has fined Asante Kotoko for the uncalled-for behaviour of their fans

Referee Samuel Sukah awarded a 82nd minute penalty to Hearts of Oak, after a ball seemingly hit Ahmed Adams hand in the 18-yard box.

And Vincent Atingah scored from the resultant spot kick in the 83rd minute.

Supporters of the Porcupine Warriors hurled bottled water at the match officials to express their displeasure for referee Samuel Sukah’s penalty call.

Meanwhile, the Match Review Panel has cleared referee Samuel Sukah of any wrong doing in his decision to award Hearts of Oak the penalty, after watching a footage of the incident.
