A win for Kenichi Yatsuhashi’s side will send them to the top of the table if the clash between Dreams FC and Wa All Stars end in a draw but the Accra giants will be given a stern test on Sunday by the Bechem based club.

Bechem United have so far recorded two wins and one defeat in the ongoing league and their last visit to the Accra Sports Stadium, Hearts of Oak beat them by a goal to nil courtesy Kenneth Okoro’s first half header in last season’s league.

Samudeen Ibrahim who will be returning to Hearts of Oak set up after being on the sidelines for two-weeks says he is optimistic of his side’s win.

“The league is only three-weeks old but we have won two and drawn one and on Sunday against Bechem United we know what is at stake, I’m very sure we will beat them for the three points but it won’t come easy.

“I’m calling on the fans to fill the stands because their support are very essential in Sunday’s game and for me that game will be my second game in the season. I was out of action for two-weeks because of injury and I’m sure my return to the team will help the club in our subsequent games,” Samudeen told Pulse.com.gh

Though the bookmakers have tipped the Phobians to win the tie, Bechem United experienced midfielder Frank Boateng believes that anything can happen in football.

“Football is full of uncertainties, though Hearts of Oak are favorite to win the game but we can stun them at their home ground.”

“We know they will get a lot of support because they are playing at home but we have what it takes to pick a point or win the game,” Boateng told Pulse.com.gh
