Imani Ghana has identified the inability of African government to formulate and implement policy innovation, as the cause of Ghana’s poor economic situation.

“Money is not the problem on the continent. It is about return over the investments. African countries have been raising billions on the continent, but what are we using these monies for, that is the question? The politics dominates the policy. The space for policy formulation itself is not there, so it makes it for us to see the value addition when these monies are spent”, Franklin Cudjoe told Joy Fm on the sidelines of  Leadership  Factor Conference held in Accra.

Mr. Cudjoe then advised African governments to allow sound policy making and prudent governance to dominate Africa growth agenda and not petty politics.
