Nana Addo Has Not Resigned As NPP's Flagbearer - Okudzeto

Mr Perry Okudzeto, Deputy Communications Director of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has debunked reports making waves on various social media networks that NanaAddo has resigned as the party’s flagbearer.

Mr Okudzeto said the story, which was purportedly signed by Nana Addo and allegedly sent by Perry himself, is a hoax and should be treated with contempt.

He has however described the rumours as “malicious”.

Nana Akufo-Addo has confirmed that he is not the author of the statement adding that it is a deliberate attempt by their political opponents to divert attention from the lecture delivered by Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia on the state of Ghana’s economy.
