12 aspirants disqualified but Twitter says Charlotte Osei is the real winner

The Electoral Commission on Monday, October 10, disqualified twelve presidential nominees who presented their filing fee and documents to the Commission based on various reasons.

Ghanaians have commended the chairperson of the Electoral Commission (EC) for disqualifying 12 presidential aspirants after they failed the meet the criteria for filing nominations.

Madam Osei cited some irregularities on their forms which include fraudulent signatures, absence of required number of signatures, improper filing of nomination forms among others as the reasons for their disqualification.
