Kidi rose to fame when he won the MTN Hitmaker back in 2015 and has since not disappointed fans with hits such as “Say You Love Me”, “Odo” and many more.

In an interview with showbiz website AttractiveMustapha.com, the RnB musician denied assertions that his rise to fame in the Ghanaian music industry was quick and easy.
He recalled how he used to sing in live bands and play guitar at ice-cream joints.
Kidi recollected that the thunderous applause he received from the audience after each set the same could not be said for how much he made after a performance then with fans handing him as low as GHC5.

Kidi advised up and coming musicians who are struggling to make it in the entertainment industry to stay consistent, believe in their passion and keep their fingers crossed.
