18-yr-old girl commits suicide after boyfriend dumped her

An 18-year-old girl has decided to take her own life instead of facing the agony of her boyfriend dumping her for her best friend.

The girl whose name was given as Blessing, a secondary school certificate holder, was said to be very much in love with a young man in her community in the eastern part of the country and had hope to get married to the young man.

But the guy had other plans as he decided to leave her and move on to her best friend.

After much cajoling and threats of killing herself if the guy does not come back to her, Blessing went to the back of a building and hung herself.
