3 cloves of garlic

1 big ginger root

Pepper

Method

Blend onion, garlic, and ginger. Add salt and use it to marinate the fish.

Heat palm oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Blend tomatoes, pepper and add to onion.

Stir continuously and add fish and shrimp powder and allow to cook for 3 - 5 minutes.

Add the marinated fish and cover to cook for 4 - 6 minutes.

Serve with banku.
