The Phobians took to their Twitter handle to announce the demise of Dungu who was a member of Auroras, the team’s youth side.

"It is with deepest regret and a collective broken heart that we confirm, our Auroras player, Moro Dungu, has passed away suddenly. The thoughts and prayers of everyone at the Club are with his family at this time. He will be buried according to Muslim tradition," the club tweeted.

He will be buried on Thursday according to Islamic customs.

The death of Moro Dungu, follows Coach Yusif Abubakar, a former Hearts trainer- He died on Tuesday in Kumasi.
