Watch Dr. Pimple Popper Flick Off a Sticky 'Manhole Cover' Blackhead With Ease

This blackhead removal may be the fastest Dr. Pimple Popper excision youve ever seen. In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD removes a dilated pore of Winer on a patients back with a simple flick. But just because its fast it doesnt mean it isnt satisfying.

In the clip, Dr. Lee makes a quick nick on the surface of the cyst. That alone is enough to loosen the growth, with Dr. Lee quickly flicking the sticky blackhead out of the skin. And that alone is enough to reveal a humongous pore. Its truly like a manhole cover being removed.

A dilated pore of Winer essentially a large blackhead, which is defined by a keratin plug in a single enlarged pore surrounded by normal skin. This means the large crater left behind by this extraction is actually a single pore that has been stretched from the compacted contents gathering inside.

As Dr. Lee says in the video, the enlarged pore will need to be stitched to ensure the blackhead doesnt return. Bye bye, blackhead.
