Watch Dr. Pimple Popper Squeeze Grotesque 'Green Juice' Out of an Inflamed Cyst

In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD pops a humungous inflamed cyst on a mans neck. And it oozes a liquid that may remind you of the most grotesque green juice.

In the clip, Dr. Lee makes an incision to reach the cyst, striking it quickly. And what comes flowing out is some gnarly green goop set to the sound of good ol Irish bagpipes. It is St. Patties week, after all. And you wont believe how much green gunk is in this cyst.

IT. JUST. KEEPS. GOING, one fan commented on the clip. After a good long while, Dr. Lee is able to drain the whole cyst, stitch up the patient, and send him home.

Fans have compared the pop to resembling mucus and mud. Several have commented on the video with vomiting emojis or the green sick emoji, which seems appropriate.

The patient says the cyst has been infected two or three times in the past, which could contribute to its unique hue. The cyst, which is likely an epidermoid cyst , is probably filled with a mixture of wet dead skin cells, keratin and green-hued pus from the current infection.
