Actor in talks to star in 'Star Trek 3'

According to Variety, 'Thor' star, Idris Elba is in talks for the lead villain role in the upcoming 'Star Trek 3'.

To be directed by Justin Lin, the upcoming film stars Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Anton Yelchin, Karl Urban, Simon Pegg and Zoe Saldana.

Details on his villain role are being kept under wraps. which is also the 50th Anniversary of the movie's franchise.
