Captain Cold and Heat Wave return to Central city [Photo]

According to the new poster released by CW, Captain Cold and Heat Wave are returning to Central city soon.

Next week’s episode of show will feature the return of 'The Rogues' as Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller) and Heat Wave (Dominic Purcell) storm the city.

Synopsis

"The Flash learns that Captain Cold and Heat Wave have returned to Central City. This time Snart has brought along his baby sister Lisa (guest star Peyton List) to help wreak havoc on the city."

Miller and Purcell will reprise their roles in the upcoming 'The Flash / Arrow' spin-off series.
