With UEFA Champions League football sure for next season, Manchester United and Arsenal both shared the points at Old Trafford in their race for third position.

Manchester United enjoyed possession in the first half and got their goal through an  Ander Herrera volley.

After a poor first half, Arsenal regrouped after the break and equalised through a late Tyler Blackett own goal after he deflected Theo Walcott's striker.

The equaliser prevented Manchester United from climbing above Arsenal in the race for an automatic Champions League spot.

Arsenal remain two points ahead of Manchester United in third place with a game in hand
