At least 4 people are feared dead after a fire wept through a slipper factory in in the Philippine capital, Manila.

BBC quoting the town mayor reports that 60 people working at the factory in the northern suburb of Valenzuela were reported missing by relatives.
However, fire officials fighting the blaze found only charred bodies inside and also recovered 3 other bodies later on.
While one of those who survived, a worker named Emma, said only those working on the ground floor of the two-storey building were able to escape.
