La Liga giants, Barcelona will stand trial over the signing of Brazilian forward Neymar.

Barcelona in 2013 signed Neymar from Santos on a five-year-contract but a Spanish court have ordered the club to stand trial over claims it tried to mislead tax authorities.

The club signed Neymar for what they said was €57m euros but a judge in Madrid said he believes the club knew the fee was far higher - and so more tax should have been paid.

Barceolna however and its former president, Sandro Rosell who oversaw the signing have denied any wrong doing.

They have 10 days to respond to the court, while a trial date has yet to be fixed
