Eden Hazard, Alexis Sanchez lead nomination list

After winning the PFA Player of the Season, Chelsea forward, Eden Hazard has also been nominated for the fans version of the award.

Hazard leads the likes of Arsenal players, Alexis Sanchez, Mesut Ozil and Santi Carzola, Chelsea players,  John Terry and Diego Costa,  Tottenham sensation, Harry Kane, leading Premier League goal scorer Sergio Aguero, Liverpool midfielder Philippe Coutinho and Manchester United shotstopper, David De Gea.
