A new twist has entered what will be set to be the transfer saga of the summer window.

Raheem Sterling's agent has confirmed the forward's decision to Liverpool this season.

It has been reported that Sterling has informed Liverpool manager, Brendan Rodgers of his decision not to sign a new  £100,000-a-week contract.

Sterling's rep, Aidy Ward reiterated his desire to leave the Merseyside side revealed that no amount of money will stop him from moving to London.

Sterling has been called out by several pundits and former Liverpool players for the protracted contract saga but Ward speaking to the , said he doesn't care about the club or its images.

He dismissed the criticisms of Sky Sports pundits, Jamie Caragher and Thierry Henry as irrelevant.

“I don’t care about the PR of the club and the club situation. I don’t care," Ward said.

“He is definitely not signing. He’s not signing for £700, £800, £900 thousand a week. He is not signing.

“My job is to make sure I do the best with them (my clients). If people say I am bad at my job, or they are badly advised it does not matter.”

Raheem Sterling was voted Liverpool's Young Player of the Year at the club end of season's award undefined.
