Liverpool set to trigger £32.5M clause

Liverpool are getting ready to trigger the  £32.5million clause for Aston Villa striker Christian Benteke.

Brendan Rodgers have been a long time admirer of the forward are have registered their interest in the 24-year-old despite not making an official offer.

Manchester United however undefined to replace Robin van Persie who has joined Fenerbahce.
