The Miners’ coach was critical of the centre referee after his side were held to 1-1 draw by Tema Youth on match-day three.
Last season, Hayford remarked that he would quit coaching, only to make a U-turn and stay on as coach of Ashanti Gold.
However, the former Kotoko coach has again disclosed that he would retire at the end of the season, having been frustrated enough by referees.
In an interview with Kessben FM, Hayford said: "I have even plan to quit from coaching after the season.
