Manchester United have completed the signing of Italian right-back Matteo Darmian from Torino.
The 25-year-old according to reports has agreed a four-year-deal with the 20-times English Champions.
Manchester United agreed a fee of £12.7million with Torino, which could rise to £14.4m on performances.
AC Milan, Darmian's first club, are also due to receive around £287,000 due to a five per cent sell-on clause.
Darmain's signing will likely be announced within 24 hours and will be Louis van Gaal's second purchase of the summer.
Dutch young forward Memphis Depay was earlier signed from Eredivisie side PSV.
Darmain who can play both right back and centre back is set to replace Brazilian Rafael who has not impressed Van Gaal.
