The Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) has reportedly finalised plans with former Super Eagles captain, Sunday Oliseh to take over Stephen Keshi’s former job.
Reports of Keshi’s shocking sack went viral on Sunday, July 5, with many condemning the football body for the abrupt dismissal of the former Eagles' player.
The NFF Technical and Development Committee, Felix Anyansi-Agwu, was quoted to have confirmed Oliseh’s high possibility of coaching the Super Eagles.
“An offer has been made, and there is understanding, but we have to work out the final details of the agreement in a few days. Of course, the Executive Board has to give approval for his appointment based on the final terms to be agreed,” Anyansi-Agwu was quoted.
In what looks like a done deal, the NFF Chairman Amaju Pinnick was pictured with Oliseh in London today, July 7.
