The conference was aimed to empower and inspire women in the transport industry and provide them with valuable insights and resources to excel in their roles.

In addition to the conference, Yango also demonstrated their commitment to giving back to the community by visiting the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital to pay for and discharge patients who have recovered but cannot afford to settle their bills.

The conference featured a diverse range of speakers, including successful women entrepreneurs, industry experts, and leaders in the transport sector such as Roberta Ayalingo (CFO of WAHU Mobility Ltd), Nana Afua Serwaa Edusei (Shecanic) and Dzigbordi Akosua Agbenyo (Gender Advocate). Attendees had the opportunity to participate in interactive presentations from the speakers on topics such as personal safety, customer service, and career advancement.

On their part, the beneficiary partner drivers and couriers were grateful to Yango for this initiative and pledged to rise above the stereotype that ride hailing and courier services are exclusive to men. They committed to breaking barriers and succeeding in their chosen field of endeavor.

Margaret Nabila Mbama , a female partner driver who spoke on behalf of the female partner drivers and couriers said "We are grateful for the opportunity to participate in this conference.
