Ghana captain Asamoah Gyan has won the United Arab Emirates league title with Al Ahli on Saturday.
The 31-year-old featured for the UAE club as a second half substitute as to they beat Al Shabab 2-0 to clinch the title - his second silverware with the club.
Gyan was introduced in the 72nd minute after replacing Ahmed Khalil when Ahli were up by a goal.
Five minutes later, Makhete Diop doubled their lead to register a brace after scoring in the fifth minute.
Compatriot Nana Poku played the entire duration for Al Shabab.
In September last year, Gyan made a cameo for Al Ahli when they beat Al Jazira 2-1 to win the UAE Super Cup.
