Baba Rahman's future at Chelsea will be decided during the club's pre-season tour, according to reports.
The 22 year old was named Antonio Conte's squad that travelled to the United States on Sunday ahead of matches against Liverpool, Real Madrid and AC Milan.
But those fixtures may prove anything but friendly for Rahman.
Chelsea will reportedly make a decision on whether to keep the left-back at Stamford Bridge based on his performances in pre season.
The former Augsburg star, who arrived for £14m, featured during Chelsea's 8-0 thrashing of Atus Ferlach in a behind-closed-doors friendly last week.
And he has found his chances of staying significantly improved after defender Branislav Ivanovic suffered a dislocated shoulder.
Rahman could be given his first chance to impress when Chelsea face Premier League rivals Liverpool in Pasadena on July 28.
