Kwesi Appiah will leave Sudan for the United Kingdom to see his family, before resuming his new job as coach of the Black Stars.
The 56-year-old coach had wished his former side Khartoum FC farewell, but is still in Sudan as he prepares to take over the Ghana job.

Kwesi Appiah will start work in May 1 and in between time he has decided to spend some time with his family and wife in the UK, before getting back to business with the Black Stars.
''I will leave Sudan on Wednesday to meet my family before going to Ghana next week,'' Appiah told the Graphic Sports.
Appiah has been handed a two-year deal on his return to the Black Stars.
