President John Mahama has appointed 15 members of the governing NDC to serve on the 2016 campaign team of the party.
The team is headed by general secretary Johnson Asiedu Nketiah

According to a statement signed by the chairman of the NDC Kofi Portuphy, this was done "in consultation with the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the party."
