The Christmas eve visit by both governments officials will be their final inspection tour of the edifice and it facilities which is near completion since it ground works in August 2013 except the construction of the flood light to make the facility usable in the evening.
The stadium, a fully sponsored project by the Chinese government cost $35 million to build the 16,000 seater structure including the fully furnished 21 hostel rooms accommodating 2 persons in each room and separate halls for table tennis and boxing.
