Coach Kobina Amissah was offered a contract for close to month which was to see him take up the role of technical director of Elmina Sharks and womenâs soccer team also owned by Groupe Ndoum Sea Lions FC.
Amissah was first served the notice to be re-assigned as technical director in October, 2017. Negotiations went on in January which according to reports was accepted in principle.
However coach Amissah did request to extend the one year contract term to that of 5 years.
The club have therefore decided to terminate the old contract as a coach and revoked the new offer as a technical director.
This is because he has not shown any commitment to the new role since the January negotiations.
