Antwi started the scoring in the 23rd minute, before Ahmed Sheikh made it 2-0 in the 34th minute.
The Ghanaian bagged three of his side's four goals on Thursday in the Egyptian topflight league.
The visitors pulled one back, but after the interval John Antwi restored the two-goal margin lead for El-Maqasa in the 59th minute.
And the Ghanaian attacker who was on fire completed the wallop with the fourth goal in the 90th minute to record a personal hat-trick.
John Antwi who is on loan from Al Ahly has been one of the best performing Ghanaian players abroad for the past three seasons.
