Nana Addo said none of the allegations leveled against any of his appointees have proven to be true.
There is no corruption in my government - Akufo-Addo
The President said this in his State of the Nation Address to parliamentarians in Accra. He said, “So far, every single alleged act of corruption leveled against any of my appointees has been investigated by independent bodies, and, in some cases, by Parliament itself, and the findings made public.”

He, however, said he is ready to look into any accusation of corruption against any of his appointee.
“I have made it publicly known that anyone, who has information about acts of corruption by any of my appointees, should bring it forward, and should be prepared to back it up with evidence, for I will have it investigated”, he said.
On the assumption of office, the government of Nana Addo has been bedeviled with some corruption accusations including the recent ‘Cash for Seats’ saga.
But the President said, “It is important to note that, in my first year of office, despite having a clear parliamentary majority, two separate bi-partisan probes in Parliament have been established and all came up with nothing.”
