Nelson is really making a name in Mixed Martial Arts as a young Ghanaian fighter who is currently undefeated with three wins under his belt. (no draws, no losses).
His last outing in the cage, which took place in London all the way back in March 2015, saw him defeat fighter Germain Gil in a fierce encounter.
Nelson's opponent, Smith, last entered the Octagon in October 2015 where he recorded a knock out victory over bitter rival Carl Green.
"First off I want to thank the people of ghana who are supporting me for this fight. I really appreciate their support as it makes me train and fight harder," Nelson added.
"I go to war for my people in Africa , my family and friends and for anyone who supports me . I respect my opponents skills but for this fight I will be looking for the finish."
"On the 30th of July we will come out victorious."
Mark Smith has won one fight and lost one.
