Asamoah Gyan marks 32nd birthday with Ghanaian students abroad

The Black Stars skipper received birthday wishes from the football fraternity when he turned 32 on Wednesday

The football world including FIFA an the Ghana Football Association celebrated Ghana’s all-time top scorer on Wednesday 22 November, 2017 when he turned 32.

Asamoah Gyan has been involved in a lot of charity work back home in Ghana did not enjoy his birthday all alone, but threw a mega party with Ghanaian students studying in Turkey.

The students numbering about 30 held a picnic on campus at the Firat University, Elazig Turkey to celebrate the achievement of the former Sunderland striker who turned 32 on Wednesday 22nd November this year.

They were joined by many Turkish and other nationals to celebrate the iconic Ghana captain who is Africa’s all-time goal scorer at the FIFA World Cup with 6 goals, an achievement Cristiano Ronaldo and Leonel Messi are sweating to equal.

The group of Ghanaian graduates is currently undertaking a Postgraduate Diploma in Education course at the Firat University, Elazig, Turkey.

Asamoah Gyan plies his trade with Kayserispor, but he has been battling with recurring injuries for some time now.
