The event which took place at La Palm Royal Beach Hotel on June 30, saw President John Dramani Mahama, Former Presidents Rawlings and Kufuor, investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas, actress Lydia Forson, technology innovator Bright Simons, Patrick Awuah of Ashesi University and Osei Kwame Despite and young actor Abraham Attah walk home with plaques and citations.
The well attended event also saw Black Stars’ former captain Stephen Appiah, politician Nana Akomea, TV personality Gifty Anty, investigative journalist Aremeyaw Ana Aremeyaw, Ace Ankomah, Rev. Father Cambell, actress Lydia Forson et al in attendance.
On the fun side, Pulse TV show “Politically Incorrect” host and comedian, Foster Romanus, took the stage to crack ribs.
