Swansea City are preparing a fresh bid for Ghanaian attacker

West Ham United rejected a £15m bid by Swansea City for the services of the 28-year-old deputy skipper of the Black Stars.

Swansea City who are bend on acquiring the signature of Andre Ayew is understood to be tabling a new for Ayew.

However, David Moyes wants to make sure he has enough cover in attack before allowing Ayew, 28, to leave.

Andy Carroll is out with a foot injury, while out-of-favour Javier Hernandez is wanted by Turkish side Besiktas.

Swansea City paid £20.5m for Andre Ayew in the summer of 2016, but the former Marseille attacking midfielder has been struggling to hit the form that made him a cult hero at the Liberty Stadium.
