Kwesi Arthur in an interview with Pulse Ghana disclosed he doesn't have a girlfriend and that he is not a virgin either.

"I am too young to be committed to someone. I don’t have a girlfriend. I am single. I haven' t dated before doesn't mean I haven't done the thing before".

Not only did Kwesi announce his relationship status, the musician further said when the time is right, he will get a girlfriend.
