Kwesi Arthur in an interview with Pulse Ghana disclosed he doesn't have a girlfriend and that he is not a virgin either.
"I am too young to be committed to someone. I don’t have a girlfriend. I am single. I haven' t dated before doesn't mean I haven't done the thing before".

Not only did Kwesi announce his relationship status, the musician further said when the time is right, he will get a girlfriend.
Kwesi Arthur won the VGMA ‘Hip Hop Song of the Year’ with ‘Grind Day’ the song that brought him mainstream acclaim and earned a nomination for Best New International Act at the 2018 Black Entertainment Television (BET) Awards.
